My mom had reccomneded them since they detailed her porsche, and I needed to get my 99 toyota camey done so it would look good for when I sell it. Let me tell you that car looks like its brand new! I've had the car for 12 years and the usage from college and my long time usage showed but they made my car look new and fabulous! My car had gross years of stains and they made them VANISH! As if I never had them! It's amazing! I am so hapoy with the quality of work and they come out to my apartment so I didnt need to take the car somewhere which saves me so much time! I HAVE A NEW TRUCK! In only a few hours, Gemstar completely revamped my Chevy. The secret is in the name; the attention to detail honestly surprised me. I work out of my vehicle, so it gets dirtied up quite a bit. And now, it almost feels like I’m driving a rental. The depth of how clean the guys got my truck relieves a ton of stress I was carrying with me. The body has a shine to it that I’ve never seen before and I swear it even feels like it drives better! I will absolutely be a returning customer. They’ve installed some motivation to keep the truck looking nicer. Justin is the best! Really easy and smooth to deal with. And he can clean a car up really well. I split my time between Boise and Dallas and have eight cars so I deal with this stuff often. He does as well or better detailing a car as shops charging twice what he charges. And he’ll come to you and wash your car right in front of your house or business. He takes his time and does everything right. He just made my Ram TRX look literally new again after almost 30 hours of driving across the country and back with bugs caked all over the front half of the car and the inside trashed by my three young kids. And it hadn’t been washed for weeks before that either. I’ll only Gemstar for all my cars in Boise after this experience. ~ Jeff S

Stellar Service! Setting up an appointment was super fast! I'm incredibly happy with Justin and the work he put into getting my Jeep all cleaned up! He went above and beyond expectations. Part of me wants to show it off to everyone, and another part of me is scared to let even the tiniest speck of dirt anywhere near the interior, hahaha. But in all seriousness, it's 100% worth the low price. It's the first time I've gotten any vehicle detailed, but this makes me wish I'd done it sooner. I'll be returning to Gemstar, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I especially like how well communications were and that he was able to work at my apartment complex. JT, Justin, and Kayden all did a great job cleaning up my truck, I had a passenger vomit and got it all over the seat belt and in between my passenger seat and center console for my 2016 Tacoma. They were able to clean it completely and even took it above and beyond and disassembled some of my interior so they could access the seat belt mechanism and removed my seat to clean the rails to make sure they got everything. I reached out to other detail shops and sent out a mass text and Gemstar Auto Detailing were the only ones to respond, were extremely fast with their response and got me in the next day. It would have been the same day but I wasn't able to because of work. They told me that they ran through multiple times to ensure any odor would be completely gone and I can attest to that. They even added that if any odor does persist after the enzymes they used to clean that I could bring it back, 11/10 service. ~ David A

THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED! Justin was very responsive when I initially reached out for a quote on a detail service for the inside of my Kia Soul. He got me scheduled very quickly, before my trip! Kayden came out on a Saturday & worked diligently for over 2 hours. It's nice to see young men these days who aren't afraid to work hard. He even got some marks off the interior ceiling, from me putting my bike in the back seat. Kayden left the inside of my car immaculate. My truck looks impeccable. I have a 2013 truck, and it looks and smells brand new. Justin and Kayden were nice and professional. They went above and beyond, even power washing my child’s car seat. The truck shines inside and out. All the nooks and crannies are clean and they were full of debris and crumbs prior to the detailing. I even had a blue crayon that melted on my console, and all the blue is gone. My kid's milk cup had exploded, and they got the carpets clean and the awful smell out. My truck looked very rough, and now it looks like I said brand new. I am very impressed and recommend them. ~ Alyssa R

Kayden and Justin were professional, efficient, and friendly! They arrived on time and even worked a bit over the hour to finish the job. I am in grad school and work full-time, so the mobile service allowed me to multitask with my schedule and cross things off of my to-do list. I contacted several auto detailers to ask about prices and availability but only two got back to me and that was days later. Fortunately, I found Gemstar and received an immediate response when I inquired about pricing. Justin came to my house the following week and detailed our truck. He was able to get stains out of the cloth seats and headliner and the outside of the truck was spotless. Justin was easy to work with and responsive to all my questions. Thank you so much!!!! Honestly I could not be happier with this place. Phenomenal service! My husband spilled a bowl of a garlic based soup between the seats. Our seats are fabric and we were pretty stressed about it. I called and he came that same day. He stayed even after the sun set and through the rain. I could not be happier with the results. Oh my goodness, Gemstar just finished with my car and it looks incredible. I had an incident where someone threw up in my back seat and it got EVERYWHERE. I was devastated because my car is my baby and it smelled horrendous even after trying to clean it myself. Gemstar was quick to respond, polite, came to my home and were easy to work with. Kevin & JT were amazing. Anyone who has a black vehicle knows how hard they are to keep looking nice. Being a detailed oriented person every light scratch and swirl drove me crazy. Genstar Detailing did an excellent job on my car with the cleaning of the exterior of my car. They washed and waxed it, but more importantly, we’re able to remove the hard water spots off my windows. The hard water spots were caused by sprinklers that hit my car from the only place I could park and the water was from ground well water. They restored my car back to looking great!!! I purchased an interior detail for my father for Christmas. Justin came to our house and, although it was freezing outside and in our garage, did an amazing job. The truck was spotless and smelled great! It was so nice and convenient to have it done in our garage. Later I scheduled a follow up for our truck and Kevin and JT made it shine. So incredible! Justin is next level, no doubt about it. He called to see if he could arrive an hour early and worked diligently on my Mini Cooper S for 4.5 hours! He transformed my little red car with the swirl marks in the paint to a car that looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The interior is just as perfect. Justin did an amazing job doing a one step paint correction on my 1965 Corvette Sting Ray! I wanted some swirling removed and a few minor scratches but was afraid to do it myself as my car only has a lacquer finish. Justin was great with communication and spent plenty of time making sure the car was done right, he did not rush the process at all and it turned out great as a result! They did an AMAZING job. I had enough dog hair to forget what the carpet looked like. Got the warning about hair threading into the carpet if it was there to long. (Thought oh great it's going to b 1 of those jobs). Worried for nothing, cause vehicle looked show room finished when they asked me to inspect. Said they would come back if I had any issues. We have been back from our winter RV trip for a month 1/2. Due to the uncooperative weather, we have not been able to wash our RV that was exceptionally dirty from the trip. Justin and Kayden came to our home today and did a wonderful job on the RV exterior. Gave our truck a bath as well. They are both shining and clean thanks to Gem Star Detailing.
